idk man, i just bought it two days ago having never played this version. and so far i think its the worst of all the sega ones. idk though ill hold my final judgement until i beat it.

yeah but as much as i love microsoft ( yes i do there products are great, windows <3 ), there not exactly the type to give things away no matter how small. if inflation rises enough to make the prices more freindly, ms will raise them accordingly lol with an excuse like "the ease of access to this content and the quality makes it well worth the extra price to our consumers, we have also added "insert useless feature" increasing the value of the service.
if they brought their prices down or at least let me pay with my cc not ms points i would rent on xbl all the time
i have never played this one, will download later. prob get generations in a few weeks, i still love 2d platformers and sonic will always be special even if only 1 of every 3-4 releases is good
i bought it for $5 last week new at best buy, after the worlds longest opening ( 1 hr without a gun ) and a funny parody of bale, the game finally kicked off. 10 min later i put it down becuase it was garbage. 5 dollars wasted, who on earth would buy dlc for it is beyond me....
i was a big fan of the original too so i tried my hardest to enjoy it
no sir, dark souls does not. every area is something new, new traps, new enemies, new settings, new bosses. for the 60ish hrs it takes to beat it, it constantly feels new....
looks awesome but i doubt it will be game of the year, ME3 looks better to me, as does dmc and ninja gaiden 3.
will still be awesome and will still be a day 1 buy for me.
this is exactly how i feel, at first i thought skyrim was my goty, then i decided to stop being a fanboy ( i have loved elder scrolls for years ) and really thought about it, i enjoyed ds way more. i couldnt stop playing, with skyrim thoough, i havent played it in two weeks now
i didnt enjoy any others as much and i dont think any were "better" ( this games level design is by a mile the best, gameplay was the best, graphics are great, tight controls, awesome sound/music, excellent enemy design ) the only place it falls flat is story / story presentaion. however since the gameplay was that good, i found myself not caring at all and that it something no game has ever been able to do for me.

good games, although dark souls is the best game i have played this year. im surprised to not see it on the list. i did think it was skyrim but i stopped playing that already, ill go back to it eventually but ds, i could not stop
me too, game looks fun. the peeps on this site complain way too much....
companies remove games all the time to make room for others and often when a consoles life cycle is over, support for its online games and downloads services go down as well. they wont keep every game up for 10-20 years and your disc can easily last that long if taken care of
yup and his generation is gonna be pissed when they need to delete it to make more space then when they want to play it again and its unavailable for download hes gonna be pissed lol
batman beyond is by far my fav, followed by 70's bat and the Animated series bat..

i cannot wait! this is still one of my fav series. 4 and 4nswer were great games but this reminds me much more of AC2/AC2 another age which are my fav. ( second fav, first is still master of arena )
smae, 5-10 dollars i would buy almost any game as long as its not a licensed turd
they got lucky there game is solid and super cheap, it would never sell on a console. it did that well becuase lets be honest, there are not very many actual good cheap mobile games.
and the characters are sweet....
on that note though, i just started programming this week becuase i want a slice of this market, im coming for you angry birds! mark my words, next year November-ish ill be releasing my first game and im taking you down!!!!!
